REPAIR

Use a separate RMA form for each repair. It is available in 4 languages.  You need the form for an authorized return of your material.

 

Please help us with a very detailed description of the error and problem, so that we can find the problem quickly and safely. You can also send us photos to support us.

DELIVERY  AND
PICKUP

Repairs are welcome to be dropped off/picked up directly at SIUS.

 

Before dropping off:
Please contact us. 
We will be happy to discuss the procedure and the estimated duration of the repair.

Before pickup:
We will definitely contact you after the repair. You will receive a project number to pick up your device. Without a project number, unnecessary waiting times may occuor or a pick-up is even not possible and you will have to come to SIUS again.

 

Handover of repairs to SIUS technicians, for example at competitions, is not possible.

Customs declaration for returns:
Please write the following sentence on the proforma invoice/customs declaration:

“The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of Swiss preferential origin.”

Declare returns as «Warranty Returns».
