DEPUTY HEAD OF FIELD SERVICE & SALES SWITZERLAND (100%)
As Deputy Head of Field Service & Sales Switzerland, you will help ensure our customers can count on seamless service at all times. In this key role at the interface between our Service department and Sales Switzerland, you will combine operational responsibility with leadership responsibilities – an exciting mix for anyone with organizational skills and a passion for working with people.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:

Leadership and development : You support the Head of Service in leading, supporting and developing the service team.

Scheduling and coordination : You ensure efficient planning of service and repair work.

Quality Assurance : You ensure that all service work meets our high quality standards and meets our customers' expectations at all times.

Customer contact : You will be the contact person for our customers regarding technical questions and concerns and, if necessary, will also take on field service tasks.

Optimize processes : You help us to continuously improve our processes and further optimize the use of resources.

Sales support : You will support the team in selling spare parts, services and new systems in Switzerland.
YOUR PROFILE:
Must-have
-
Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field

Several years of experience in field sales or service
-
First leadership experience or clear motivation to take on a leadership role

Organizational skills and solution-oriented working methods

German as a native language

Driving license category B

Professional experience in sales / internal sales

Further training in leadership or project management

Experience in using ERP systems
