Repairs

Please follow the steps below to send your devices to us for repair.

STEP 1

Fill out RMA form

Please fill out a separate RMA form for each repair. This form is required for authorized return of your material.

 

You can find the form in four languages for download.

STEP 2

For international customers only: Proforma Invoice for Customs

 

Please prepare a proforma invoice for customs that includes the following sentence: "The exporter of the goods to which this commercial document relates declares that these goods are preferential Swiss origin goods, unless otherwise stated." Declare returns as "Defective Goods / Warranty Return."

 

We provide a template for you to download and fill out.

STEP 3

Packing & Shipping

Pack your goods securely, enclose the completed RMA form and proforma invoice (for international customers) and send the package to SIUS.

Important: Please note that it is not possible to hand over repairs to SIUS technicians, for example at competitions!

 

Information for Swiss customers: You can hand in repairs together with the completed RMA directly to SIUS in Effretikon during normal opening hours.
